Lately, I haven’t felt the need to sleep. I’ve just been staying up, listening to music and rewatching The Office for the second time. Right now it’s 1:30 AM, and I just don’t feel like sleeping. I’m not tired, I’m just sitting here, watching The Office and listening to music. I don’t even know if I need sleep anymore. I’ve stayed up until 5:00 AM in the past few days and didn’t feel sleepy the following mornings. I just feel like staying up and feeling like junk. Honestly, I’ve had the hardest time sleeping ever since I stopped lucid dreaming (or trying to) Any advice?
