Besides work out at the gym, I started eating oatmeal daily with a multivitamin. I want to start morning meditating soon. I avoid high fructose corn syrup but I still love sweets. Brush, floss and use mouthwash.

Everyday: Working out, supplements, eating healthy, masturbation/sex, hygiene, 8+ hours of sleep
Weekly: Social time, relaxing

I only allow myself to sit at my office job if I have a 7am meeting, otherwise the standing desk stays up
