The seasons.
Just how much the world is filled with nonsense, and genuineness barely gets recognised or rewarded.
It bothers me more frequently than you can imagine.
All of those are manageable if you have somewhere or someone to turn to that provides you with peace.
The weight of impact will vary from person to person, but as a rule of thumb, wherever you gravitate towards most, is where you find your peace.
Me. I put too much pressure on myself and when I start to crumble and I get mad.
the weather. in the midwest one day it’s warm and sunny, next 2 days is cold and grey. really messes me up

Societal chaos has a serious impact, but it teaches us to be stronger and better: to refuse weakness and cowardice, unlike everyone else.

Dating apps, especially how frustrating it is to get matches and the challenge of finding women who don’t have or want kids.
Hydration and food.
I get angry when I’m thirsty and hungry.
Depends on the day and how my brain is reacting. Since mornings I’ll wake up and be ok is a good day then the couple of days I’m fighting terrible anxiety. Most interpersonal stuff though. I feel that impacts me more than most other things.
Hungry and without money, my hatred rises freely.
