That partly depends on the time of year. In the fall and winter, my nutrition is less strict, but, still good. During the spring when I’m getting lean af for summer and during the summer when I’m staying jacked and lean it’s very strict (nearly perfect).
Year round I am very strict on how I dress and maintain my appearance (includes grooming, hygiene, skincare, hairstyle, etc.)
Athletic daddy here. With age you get some slack. For example my body fat is over 20% but my abs are still visible. It’s hot on a nearly 60yo but I’d need to be much stricter with diet at 40yo.
That said I’m in the top 2% for my age group in terms of diet and exercise discipline.
Gym twice a week for a couple hours, 72 hours in between sessions. Eat everything I possibly can so I don’t lose weight, and sleep a minimum of 8 hours each night.
Not sure about extremely attractive but I have a skincare routine, make sure I’m always well shaved, workout regularly, and make sure I eat a healthy amount everyday. Looking good means actively taking care of your body.
I’d like to think each man commenting in this thread looks like Henry Cavill and is staring at themselves in the mirror whispering “would you fuck me? I’d fuck me. I’d fuck me so hard.”
I wouldn’t consider myself extremely attractive but I maintain a pretty good shape. Lifestyle is very important, much more than having a strict diet. If you are disciplined in your everyday life (exercise, sleep, food), you can afford to cheat once in a while (grabbing a pizza with the boys, baking cookies with your gf, etc.). Healthy living needs to be sustainable, not miserable. And results are measured in years, not months.

I don’t sweat any of that stuff. Hey, I was born this way.

I’m a hedonist.
So, do we go by my opinion that I am extremely attractive? Or by your opinion?
Quite regimented.
I have to return some videotapes.

Pretty laid back honestly.
I run round the block every morning.
Then I put the block back under my bed.

Diet and exercise are both strict. But I prefer that and looking/feeling great to the other option.
Pretty strict. It’s hard being a trophy husband.
I can’t answer this, I’m just alright. I would think so though. Skincare routine, diet, exercise and lots of sex.
Paul Newman, whom I, as a straight male, think is about as good looking as a man gets, famously did zilch to attain that.
My grandma says I’m handsome.
