A buddy of mine said that in the place we live (third world in a city with a LOT of poverty),human life is worth less and he mentioned the cost of prostitution being akin to someone buying a more expensive craft beer in the first world. I didn’t think it’s that drastic.
We’d like to understand how this illegal but ancient and commonplace profession differs according to socioeconomic boundaries and if women are deemed to be worth less for being born in a different place (and if they are, how much so)

Prostitution is illegal in my country but I have researched on how it typically works(When I had a lot of disposable income and just came out of quarantine). Most of the “massage” places in my area are actually thinly veiled sex houses.
It would depend what kind of “service” you’d like to receive and the “quality” of the masseuse.
Low-end “massage” places are usually about roughly 20 dollars. and that’s the “full package” While high-end prostitution services that are really top notch like scheduling with at least 8/10 women usually range from 100 dollars to as high as 300 dollars and a few of them include hotel rooms.
Keep in mind I’m in a developing third world country (The Philippines) so the conversion rate is really high between the dollars and my country’s currency.

I’m not sure that’s a great way to measure worth. A glass bottle of Coca Cola costs about $3.50 in the US and about $0.12 in Mexico. The difference in price says less about Coca Cola and more about currency valuation (although there are also some social and political factors that contribute to the price as well).
I think a more accurate metric would be how much a sex worker can earn compared to the average day’s wage in that region.
Another confounding factor would be whether sex work is legal and, if not legal, how strictly the laws are enforced. The difference in price would not be attributed to the “market’s” valuation on human life but on the premium associated with the risk.

It is illegal in my country/state (US), but that does not stop the world’s oldest profession. Street girls can vary depending on what you want. A BJ can range anywhere from 20 to 80 depending on the girl. If you want PIV it can go from 40 to 120 on the street. Most of them just focus on getting the john to nut. If you want a whole hour that would come with many questions on what you want to happen during that hour and where you planned on going. I’m sure the price will go up with that kind of request. The low-end stuff ranges between 10-20 dollars, and is stuff done on the street or in very shady places. Typically done by trans women or people in dire situations.
Then we have the normal prostitution which can range from 50-100 dollars. With day to day women(although most of the prostitutes are Venezuelan and some may even be forced to do that). This deals are done in some kind of cheap hotel.
The high end stuff just goes up from those prices, beautiful women are usually the prostitutes and it’s done in a normal hotel or sometimes the prostitutes rent an apartment where they can sleep with you.
