It would be awkward if a brother and sister were sharing a hotel room and they got offered a honeymoon upgrade.

If they were offered: awkward
If they accepted:
Hey, we don’t reject free stuff in our household.
Imagine the hotel handing them rose petals and champagne, and the brother’s just standing there thinking, ‘Mom said this vacation wouldn’t be weird.
If that means getting better food and a better stay, me and my sister wouldn’t give a shit
Not really unless you have a deep-seated, subconscious desire/mental deficiency to want to do your sister or brother. Then yes, that would be awkward. Otherwise you’d just be adults and enjoy the upgrade like normal people.
Awkward, but an upgrade’s an upgrade. Woo! Free stuff!
I don’t think so. Most of the time when people misunderstood siblings with lovers they often don’t really care, just confused.
Imagine getting the ‘Congrats on the honeymoon!’ card and just having to stand there
