Looking for body wash/soap with a little bit more power since the heat is officially here in South Louisiana. I work in the plants and sweat a decent bit. Not expecting some miracle that last all day just something a little stronger than Dove for Men.

Ummm…. I just use a LOT of shampoo, start at the top and work my way down.
Softsoap Pomegranate & Mango body wash… the red soap!
if you’re over 30 start using all natural bar soap
old spice
Old spice pure sport. Everytime I try something new my wife disapproves within the day 😂
If I’m really dirty, I start with diesel fuel and then rinse with WD-40. Most days its just the WD-40.
Dr Bronner’s Castile Soap, Almond flavor ::chefkiss. Used to use the peppermint flavor when I wanted a really clean feeling after hard days outside. Tingly
I use Everyone 3-in-1 Soap.
Smell is from bacteria. Wash twice a week in chlorohexidine 3 -5%, buy an online deoderant called lavilin. Use the deodorant 3 times first week and then once a week from then on.
Does Lava count?
Dove sensitive skin with moisturizer bar. All you need tbh
Cremo Golden Amber body wash. Good moisturizing and smells great.
Bar soap. She buys Dove, so I use Dove. But I did insist on bar soap. Dove Bar Soap was our compromise. Original, if anyone is curious.
I’m in construction, also in the south, just not as far south as you.
Natural vegetable based bar soap from world market. I fully admit that I like more floral or fruit scents. The lemon one is fantastic, it’s clean and light.
It seems expensive to me to pay 6 bucks for a bar of soap, but it lasts for a long long while, and it does not seem to clog pores or dry my skin out like most body wash liquids. Follow up with lotion after.
If I’ve been under a car or working in the garage on something oily and greasy I might use some gojo and a bit of dish detergents to get the bulk of the grime gone. No bar soap cuts the dirt the same way.
Native. Cucumber and lime scent
Method Men Cedar and Cypress keeps my PNW smells going
I use Irish spring body wash then follow it up with old spice deodorant. Works great. Use a cloth to scrub.
I also recommend blow drying your nethers when done. Start off completely dry.
Irish Spring bar soap.
Mines not manly at all lmao, my ex used to use dove invigorate and one time I ran out of my old spice body wash n started to use hers, fast forward to now, I still use the same one 😂
Live clean or bastille soap. .as natural as can be, say goodbye to all mainstream everything in personal care product lines .. 20 year older you will be greatfull..
My wife buys most of ours from Shea Women. I have oily skin, and she has an African Black soap that does wonders for oily skin.

My dermatologist told me Irish Spring Soap is the best antibacterial one so I use that.
Squatch bar soap. I just changed. Amazing
Native (not the stupid Jarritos one). Doesn’t have a bunch of chemicals in it.
Native.
Dr Squatch is a good one. I’m currently using Native body wash and Dr Squatch soap. Dr Squatch just has way more better scents
I started using Method Men. I buy it at Walmart for $10
Buff City Soap
dial antibacterial. I have severe eczema so I’ll follow it up with either dove or aveno for moisture.
Never was a fan of body washes they don’t clean you like the bar of soap does, you can literally see the dirt coming off your body using a bar of soap.
I cycle between whatever bar soap smells the best. I get a new one every month or so. Now I’m using Papatui after finishing a Dr. Squatch or Duke Cannon. I never buy multi packs because I inevitably get tired of any single aroma.
Whatever my wife buys.
I used dove soap(bar) As someone in a hot place(Arizona) I carry extra deodorant with me and will use that on super bad days..
Original Ivory soap. Real soap instead of a “beauty bar”
Duke Cannon big ass brick of soap (or something like that) in their “tactical scrubber.”
Ivory soap.
Been using “Grown Ass Man” brand soaps for body and hair. Great stuff. It’s officially a shampoo bar, but works great all over. Oh, packaging has no plastic.

Irish spring bar soap. Been using it most of my life.
Occasionally, I will get a holiday present of old spice variety. I’ll use it til it’s gone, then back to the bar soap .
During the early days of the pandemic I started buying bougie locally made soap, the kind that cost $7-$8 a bar and contains fancy herbal ingredients… at this point I just can’t go back.
The bars last longer, I smell fantastic, and my skin feels great. I bought some standard issue Irish Springs at one point and it felt like sand paper.
Maybe I’m a fussy baby now, but it’s worth the extra cost for me.
I’ve been on the Dr. Squatch bar soap train. I have sensitive skin and it agrees with my skin. I’m a fan of their zero grit soaps because I have less hair than the average man. However, Dr. Squatch is expensive.
Also do plant work in South Louisiana… I usually just rock Irish Spring. Sam’s sells the 2-pack big bottles. I keep one at work, and usually hit the showers by the gym before I head home. Then I’ll sometimes take another shower at home before bed.
Tallow Honey body wash by Local Revival – Cedarwood
Bar soap. Coast, the Eye-Opener.
Vanilla & Lavender body wash from Bath & Body Works.
Native. Any scent. And I use deodorant that’s just salt. It’s THAI brand or something. Literally a chunk of salt. No chemicals. Works better than deodorant as long as I use it right after I shower.
Method for Men Juniper and Sage. Great scent. Get lots of compliments on it as it is woodsy not flowery.
I’ve been using Old Spice body wash for well over a decade, either Krakengard or Dragonblast; my wife loves how they smell.
I use Castile soap, and it’s awesome. Like washing your body with a peppermint, but there’s also Dr. Squatch etc….
Check out Estrogeneration, definitely an interesting read or listen. He specifically talks about soap/body wash in a chapter.
Essentially, there’s a lot of not so great things we interact with and use regularly that can and will affect our endocrine system.
I’ve always used Lever 2000, and worked in a factory that was hot as hell in the summer. I mean temperatures exceeded 109°F on a 85°day outside.
12 in 1 from dollar general
Peppermint castile soap. Feels like my butt is smoking a menthol.
Method Men.
