We hear a lot and also see a lot of trusted executive say how blatant the fraud and dishonesty is from dealing with chinese manufacturers
EG in NZ, there was a major scandal where the chinese made reinforcing steel wasnt upto spec, the first batch was and they the manufacturer changed quality to save money.
This is such a common story and I believe it to be more true than not true.

Are you aware that the Tianmen Square protest ended with the CCP Army coming in and murdering a bunch of people? I ask because there was another guy here from China a couple of years ago who said that Tianmen Square was empowering and encouraging. It did not seem like he was aware it ended with a bloody massacre.
