Highly dependent on the person. If they have blue hair, it will be that. If they have a huge nose, that. If they have huge tits hanging out for the world to see, then I will notice that.
Feel like it’s usually someone’s face for me. When it comes to women sometimes it’s a part of the body if I catch it while looking around purposely. Usually it’s hips or butt when it comes to that but I don’t go looking for that on purpose.
Weirdly, their teeth. When people talk to me my eyes lock straight into their mouth. I don’t really know why? I guess It’s like a subconscious analysis of whether they take care of themselves. Makes it quite awkward when someone has a tooth missing or obvious bad teeth

Whether they’re a potential source of danger
How they look at me.
Honestly it’ll be dependant on the person, if they had a standout feature or something about them that is unusual
Either their best or worst feature.
Personal hygiene and appropriate dress.
Teeth
Interesting question… I think I pay attention to whether they seem genuine…. More of a gut feeling that comes from a lot of little queues.

Behavior. Are they anxious, are they chill, do they seem genuine or do they seem fake.
Can usually tell if they’re friendly or not within the first greeting
Their demeanor and how they carry themselves around others
Face all day
