ive been working out since 2025 started and during the week i eat completely healthy, no sugar or junk hut as soon as it hits weekend i get cravings and i binge eat. and then im back on squeare one at the start of next week. HOW DO I STOP THIS??? its literally ruining my life!!!! please help?? i usually go out to eat with my boyfriend or my boyfriend buys me sweets and then i crave more and more and more!!! help ohmg

I try to eat something low cal & volumous like watermelon if the munchies are really hitting.
Other than that the “eat what you want add what you need method” has been helpful. If I’m craving a cookie, I will eat one, but I will also eat something with protein & perhaps a veggie or fruit. It helps fill you up while allowing the snacks you love. Otherwise, I’m still hungry after 1 cookie & keep reaching for more.
Also, get more hobbies. Sometimes I find myself craving food because I’m bored & my brain wants that dopamine hit. It’s a long process but finding something to keep your brain & hands busy.
Just make sure you are fueling your body with enough nutrients during the week. If we don’t feed ourselves well enough, sometimes that can cause bingeing as well. It’s a common loop, the restricting then bingeing cycle.
Don’t think, just do. Only you can control what you eat/don’t. I’d recommend looking up David Goggins. His story is incredibly moving
