id rather know my place with someone who people view as mean, or come across if because they’re forward about their opinions and feelings then tip toe around someone who creates a false safe environment that they share with others about me
Yes, yes, and yes!!! I just left a shitty workplace and most of the people were so two-faced and manipulative. I’d rather you just call me an idiot or whatever other insult you have for me to my face.
The mean people might also be two-faced, and being nice about you behind your back.
