Basically they want you to feel the same way they feel because they dont trust their own emotions. They need you to validate it and are dependent on you to confirm their emotions. Personally by the time i rant to someone, i already process, talk with myself about it, and reframed the issue int oa learning experience. So when i go to a person, im just getting it off my chest, i dont need them to agree with me or not, its just a conversation on perspective. it just get annoying when a person wants to to be angry with them. When it reality you can be angry but because you are intune with your emotions you processed it already and understand. For example, it like a person want you to be mad about their boyfriend or girlfriend arguments with them. just find it weird people dont trust their own emotion
