[TOMT][Animation] Whats that one really good burnt rice meme Animation?

Theres a whole lotta burnt rice videos now because of the trend but there was one specific animator I can’t find from prolly 5 years ago or around that range. The style is unfinished but looks like uncolored anime (even the color blocking they do if youve seen wip of different shows).

Its was basically a girl in lose clothes and what I assume was a captain’s hat dancing side to side and then a bunch of dynamic movement before it cuts off because it was just a work in progress. It resembles something from Kyoto Animation.

When I tell my friends from the animation community about it, they know what I mean but they can’t find it either.

This is so vague so I understand if nothing clicks
