I know they do lots of tree planting, but I imagine the rumbling must have caused other issues besides just loss of biomass. Soil compaction, maybe climate-related problems…besides planting trees and breeding & farming animals, what other specific types of work would the surviving 20% have to do to try and make the post-rumbling world more inhabitable?
