I’m currently a junior and the guy I’m seeing is a senior in college right now. We started going out in November and became exclusive a few months ago. He’s not my boyfriend but he feels like he is and we spend a lot of time together. I love being around him and I have a lot of genuine feelings towards him. I think he feels the same about me. I really like him and don’t want to be with anyone else but he’s about to graduate.
For context, he’s moving roughly 6 hours away (by car) for his job. I’m going to graduate in December but will stay in my collegetown until next may. The city he’s working in is my dream city to be in so there is a chance I will end up there but I really have no idea. I also might be there over the summer depending on if I get the internship I’m interviewing for next week. I already have an internship I’m excited about at home (20+ hour car ride from him) but I might renege if I get the other one.
Not sure what to do. I’m so so sad about him leaving.
