Hello I am looking for advice as to how to precede about potentially break my lease and/or other options I have have in regards with my situation. I have evidence (picture and videos) of water coming back from my the washer drainage and floors being flooded (restroom,kitchen, living room, closet) ever since the fifth of February 2025. I did some light research (law is not my thing) and made a document highlighting my problems with the constant flooding and my health concerns, which I proceeded to hand to the complex manager (March 25th 2025 ). The document expressed state that I would either like for my lease to be terminated or have some prompt maintenance done.This document also had dated pictures of how much water I come and find in my floors. So far the problem has not being solved and I would be thank full if someone could point me to what I could legally do as a next step. I would rather not have to spend money in a lawyer or alike if it will cost me more that my rest it self. Thank you
