Over 6 years i saw 5 medical providers for ongoing abdominal pain, hormonal symptoms, abnormal bleeding, and immune reactions — yet no imaging was ever ordered. I was told to “wait until after I have a baby in 2026” instead of being evaluated seriously. This led to a year of delay in diagnosing a deeply embedded pelvic mass.
Eventually, I was diagnosed with a 6.5 x 4.5 x 3.9 cm (24.5g) endometrioma located in my rectus abdominis muscle — a rare and painful condition requiring wire-guided surgical excision. The mass showed pinpoint hemorrhage, indicating internal bleeding. This delay likely allowed the disease to deepen and worsen over
Despite showing clear signs of progesterone hypersensitivity (a rare but documented immune reaction), Norethindrone was prescribed to suppress the endo I am currently scheduled for a laparoscopy to assess for additional endometriosis.

First off, that sucks. It’s shocking that 5 doctors dropped the ball so badly, and I’m sorry for your pain and suffering.
Secondly, what state/country are you in? That matters a lot.
Third, did you sign waivers before you saw the doctors? It’s standard practice for exactly this reason – to head off lawsuits. It doesn’t mean you can’t win, it just makes it much much harder, because you’ve already agreed to arbitration or whatever.
You need to talk to a lawyer, not Reddit. A good lawyer will only take the case if he’s sure you’ll win, and will not charge you (takes most of the settlement/judgement instead).
