Move your router away from it.
Is your router near the microwave? XD
An easy fix: move the router -and modem- to another location.
Electromagnetic interference. Move your router further away from the microwave, to another connection in the house ideally.
Random guess: the phone connection is in the kitchen and the microwave is near that port. The top of the microwave looks like a good shelf. . . And so forth 😉.

I’m concerned your microwave is leaking. An easy test is to put your phone in it. DO NOT TURN IT ON. Have someone call your phone while it’s in the microwave and see if it rings in the microwave. If the phone rings in the microwave that means there’s a good chance that microwaves are getting out and it should be replaced.
Try using the 5 g channel/ 2.4 will cut out from things like microwaves and cordless home phones
Take the router out of the microwave….
Actually try changing WiFi channels. If they all seem to be affected you can try another router but the microwave may be leaking Microwave radiation so I would then consider replacing it or at least having it checked.
Switch your wifi to 5 GHz.
I would’ve guessed that the microwaves that your microwave is emitting are interfering with your wifi waves.
In other words, your microwave is probably leaking.
Microwaves operate on the same frequency as your wifi.
You might be able to fix it by switching bands (2.5 to 5ghz)
They both use the same frequency band of the EM spectrum. Good microwaves hold the electromagnetic radiation inside. The less good ones leak some out and it interferes with your Wi-Fi (similar to how you can’t hear a single person talking in a crowded room). Basically it’s a signal to noise ratio thing.
Don’t put your phone in the microwave
2.4 ghz WiFi is a low powered transmission on the same frequency your microwave uses at much higher power. A small amount of signal escaping the microwave possibly via the power cord for example is enough to interfere with your WiFi signal.
It’s probably on the same circuit as your router. Shitty wiring.
Change the router channel
Lol microwave agro. Played with a guy in WoW for a long time. His game would alwasy disconnect of someone used the microwave in his house. Was alwasy very funny. Never head of other people having that problem
Microwaves will often pollute 2.451 GHz to 2.473 GHz with interference when they are running, this is the same as ‘channel 11’ on a 2.4 wireless network. They effectively ‘flood’ the frequency with nose making it impossible for other devices to operate in that frequency range.
Change the channel on your WiFi router to channel 1, but really the better option is to have a device & WiFi router that do 5Ghz, and most do these days.

You are receiving a free vasectomy in real time. Lucky you!
Yeah, it sounds like your microwave is leaking.
They both use microwaves at the same frequency. Microwaves often leak a little, it’s nothing to worry about but some are shielded better than others, if it is annoying a better shielded microwave is an option.
