[TOMT][Movie][Late 80s – Early 2000s] A kid is playing a VR game in an arcade and is being talked by a man in a suit.

I remember seeing a clip of this on TV when I was a kid (sometime in the early 2000s in Canada) If I had to guess, the movie was shot in the 90s. I believe the scene took place in an arcade or some game showcase in a mall. A kid was playing a VR arcade game in an enclosure. He either had a headset on and was strapped into the game physically, or was in some sort of pod where he could walk in place to mimic movement in the game. I believe he had a laser tag type gun.

We see a man walking powerfully towards the boy. I think we just see the back of the man (or maybe just his waist down) as he strides towards the arcade game. As he gets to the game, the boy is gone.
