To my American members. Have your hairs been thinning suddenly?

r/

I (M29) suddenly started to develop itchier scalp, thinning hair. I thought it was because of my age. But then my skin on my face developed blemishes. I was talking to multiple people about this, early 20s and older 60s. It has happened suddenly for them as well. Has our water been contaminated with something? I ended up purchasing a shower head filter. Hopefully that helps.

If it’s associated with increased “dandruff”, it may be a fungal infection. Use anti-fungal shampoo such as Nizoral.

I think this could be solved with more tarrifs

No, I haven’t had any issues like that, so I don’t think it’s the water, at least not on a national scale. Possibly a fungal infection or an issue with your local water source.

Lmfao at people blaming water on everything. If you’re actually curious just test your water for Metals and VOC but still I can’t think of anything that causes hair loss.
