We have seen in Childhood where parents especially mothers advise the siblings not to hit boys between the legs because it can cause Fertility problems in his adulthood. But what is the likely hood chance of hard hit to the balls can leave you Infertile. Can the same force of hit that can make a man Infertile will cause Infertility in women also. I know the anatomy is different but still there are many nerve endings down there.

Yeah, ball hits can mess shit up and can potentially cause fertility issues. A woman getting hit in the crotch would hurt, and depending on the force maybe cause some nerve issues, but no, it wouldn’t cause fertility issues as their reproductive organs are inside behind their pelvic bone.
Edit: hit to the balls is unlikely to cause infertility. It’s more likely to just cause trauma

For both I am pretty sure there is some risk but for a woman it wouldn’t be a kick to the groin as the ovaries and uterus are placed higher.
Either way it’s a horrible experience.
