What is the most scientific/biological reason as to why some people have specific fetishes?
One would think that, by default, the brain is biologically designed by nature to be attracted to the opposite gender without meeting any other special criteria to ensure an offspring as would happen normally in nature
So why is some people attracted to otherwise impossible actions/beings/scenarios/etc. most of the time only introduced to us by external media, be it movies, TV, videogames, etc
The attraction to a fictional character that still resembles a human in the biggest sense of the word would still be understandable, because it remains as something our brain is biologically designed to be attracted to, but what happens with other stuff that gets out of the human/opposite gender spectrum? What is the biological reason for fetishes for other non human, and more unreal things to happen?
(This is in no way an attempt to criticize any person with special preferences to other things, this is a question born from the most sincere curiosity)

Humans are funny. We’re so successful that our brains are our biggest enemies – we get mental health issues, depression etc. However, our bodies are still biologically stuck in the Stone Age, but we aren’t, so a lot of funny things happen.
same reason we are able to feel disgusted or laughter and other animals aren’t, brain so big can create it’s own concepts
