Just wanted to answer “a bus” … But seriously, it’s just curiosity. What will the day bring.

Hope. That today is going to be a good day. It’s a fresh new day, maybe business will be good and everyone will be nice and everything will go smoothly.

the desire to enjoy the small joys of life despite its hardships. a good home made iced coffee, trying a new instant ramen, seeing my plants grow, playing with our cat every day, making a new recipe, sitting down at the end of the day to have dinner with my partner, fresh laundry, etc!

My baby does. I hate waking up at 6am but seeing him smile at me when I enter his nursery is pretty cool and I look forward to it.

Nothing “inspires” me. I have a family and life to take care of, bills need to be paid so I have to work, I want to live a long active life so I have to work out, etc. It’s endurance, not inspiration.

Having control over my life. If I start losing control than I won’t be able to do that workout I want to keep up with consistently or eat mindfully.

The fulfillment of knowing that I’m an adult with responsibilities and as hard as that can be, it’s also very rewarding to know that you have people that depend on you to get a job done and trust you to get it done right. To keep showing up even when you don’t feel like it or don’t want to. Also that I’m working towards the weekend when I get to spend it with my family or out somewhere or enjoying my hobbies. And being thankful to God that I have what I do.

Doesn’t mean life isn’t incredibly difficult and that it’s always easy to get up and go in the morning. Most times it’s not, but it’s worth it anyways!

To enjoy every day as it is a gift. I’m am a 2x cancer survivor so every day is a gift that I’m enjoying to the maximum. I was able to retire early so now I’m spending quality time with my husband, friends and I’m spending quality time with my very elderly mother. If I’m honest, truthfully, my goal is to outlive my mother so that she doesn’t have to bury her family. She was 89 years old and I just turned 60. My father died nine years ago. My sister died six years ago. I do not want that woman to have to bury all of us and be alone. So I’m motivated to stay as healthy as I can to make sure that I outlive her.
