Ok, first time poster. So I live in Washington state and work as a nurse practitioner. I left my last employer as they were not living up to my contract. Examples like not paying into my 401k but taking the money out of my checks. I gave my letter of resignation in September but right before my last day I was fired on October 15th 2024. On January 6th 2025, I was told that I had been added to their company website. I wrote a letter asking to be removed which they ignored and now here we are, 5 months later. I was told by a patient that they are still keeping my schedule and when patients come for an appointment they are moving them to the other nurse practitioners schedule as well. I guess what I am asking is if I have a legal right to sue the company and have them pay my legal fees. Location: Washington state
