I just do stuff that feels rewarding and I stop when it’s no longer rewarding. I just have fun all the time. I don’t really feel burnout anymore when I focus on what I like to do . I think that Grind against Pain thing is just American work culture marketing
I just want my family to be happy, healthy and stable in life.
I’m a pretty content person without needing a whole lot of extras.
I guess growing up poor and now on this economy we’re in, it just feels normal to not need or want much.
The only time I ever feel burnout is when I haven’t really had a break to myself without pressing responsibilities looming or doing something for myself alone for a while.

Can I ask pressure from who? I’ve never heard of this
I don’t even try to have it all. I just focus on what I want.
I don’t want to ‘have it all’ I work on having what’s important to me.
Also, who is giving who pressure? We need to stop subscribing to unnecessary ’pressures’.
