I get home, take a puff of weed, shower the work off me, cook and eat while watching a YouTube video about my hobbies, then I either work on a hobby or I do some yoga and masturbate
No shame, cleaning. Like a complete house reset. After I am done the place looks better than the “show” houses/apartments. I make it look like no one lives at the place. Helps me unwind after a stressful day and kinda mentally reset as well. Now if its to the point of “screw everyone and everything” stress, then I just turn on my console, and game some shooters, like getting that anger out
