As the title says, we’re on the same page of getting married but I’ve been convincing her I’ll propose in 2 years (money is tight) when in reality I’ll be proposing in about 10 months. Anyone have any experience getting her ring size without her knowing?
I had tried buying a cheap ring for her and playfully asked her to put it on her ring finger, only info I found out was that she’s not a size 7 lol.

Buy a ring size gauge from Amazon then grab one or several of her rings and find out
Stage an “accident” that ends with the loss of her right ring finger, then just swipe that bad boy from the scene. They’re basically the same size on both hands.
You both know you’re gonna propose, so take her ring shopping and get her professionally measured. Just tell her you’re planning for two years from now.
You can dobas I did and just use a small flexible measuring tape (or a small cord that you’ll measure afterwards) while she sleeps.

Casually ask about ring sizes and how you have no clue about your size. Play it up, ask her how you find out, play stupid about it, then ask her about her ring size and how she knows what it is. Play it up like you are interested in an Oura ring or something and you didn’t know which size you’d need if you got one.
