[MCU] After Endgame, why did Captain America return all the Infinity Stones on other timelines knowing thay one day Thanos will come for them? For example, couldn’t he throw the Tesseract into Mariana Trench instead of giving it back to S.H.I.E.L.D.?

By returning all the stones to the exact time, Cap avoided splitting the timeline as explained by the Ancient One when she gave the time stone to Bruce.
We don’t really know what he did with them. IIRC, the Ancient One’s only condition was that they had to exist in that timeline. It’s possible he did warn people about Thanos and/or took pains to put them under better security.
I don’t think that was the plan, I seem to remember that he promised to put them back where they were, but Steve Rogers didn’t become Captain America by doing what he was supposed to.
They didn’t actually show where he returned them.
They just had to be returned to the same timeline, not the same location.
It’d only split the time line so perhaps he’d save one time line. He’d for sure doom another though
