[TOMT] Movie about a small town dairy farm

I remember as a kid in the late 2000s/early 2010s watching a movie about teenagers who work at a dairy farm/factory. I think the plot was about these kids (I don’t remember gender or if there was one or two) that caused an accident in the factory leading to them having to get jobs. Typical small town vibe. Based on my memory it would have probably come out in the late 90s/ early 2000s because of how I remember it looking. That’s all I can remember for now but any help would be appreciated!
