To summarize, I was born with two separate uterine cavities, each with one ovary. The right uterus, however, did not fully develop, and cannot drain. Most people have a hundred questions when I tell them this, so I’m truly curious to see what I’ll get here!
I was born with two uterus and one kidney, AMA!

Can you have children?
Do you have one regular, fully functional kidney in the right place, or is it something like a horseshoe kidney? And do you have other weird things like these two?
Does it affect you in day to day life? How was it discovered you had this?
By “not drain” you mean that your right uterus doesn’t produce product/blood for your period/cycle? Would you then have your period every other month?
To you plan on/is it possible to remove one of the uteruses? Do you take any medications related to this issue?
I also have one kidney. But only because I gave the other away. I’m sure your one kidney is larger than mine, but I find it fascinating that a healthy human is perfectly fine with only one. I hope they find a solution for the problems caused by two uteruses though. That sounds rough.
I’m no doctor, but I think there’s been a mix up.
