I remember seeing something online some time ago regarding sentences that had extra, unnecessary information in a way that would make the reader question its credibility (kinda?) I’m not too sure how to explain it, so I haven’t found any example of what I’m looking for online but I mean a sentence like:
“My cereal, which contained zero traces of lead, tasted delicious”, or
“My grandma, who has not murdered anyone before, during, or after WWII, hugged me with a smile”
Do you guys know what I’m talking about and where I can find more of this?

I’m not sure exactly where I saw it, but it feels like either an Instagram post or something along the likes of a Matt Rose vid. got no idea how to find it though
