Hi there I’m a 20M who goes to the gym 3-4 times a week and plays sport. I’m on my summer break now and I’ve noticed ever since I’ve gone back to my job working in McDonalds my morning wood has seems to have completely disappeared. I eat healthily I bring my own meals for lunch at work so I don’t know what the problem is. I’ve heard stress can be a big factor for testosterone levels but I’m surprised if it can have this much of an effect.
My sleep schedule is quite consistent, I fall asleep around 1 to 2 am and wake at 10-11 am.
Can anyone share their 2 cents on what might be the problem? The obvious is to go for a blood test but I’m holding off at the minute. Thanks
