Hi! Lately for the past few days ever since changing my diet because of fatty liver, I have been feeling a little lazy in the evening because of which I end up missing gym sometimes. I was suggested to take “shilajeet”
Is there any other option that you guys do or take which can help? Thanks in advance!
What do you guys do or take to stay active throughout the day?

Kratom maybe a white kratom though
Coffee. Go for a walk if you don’t want to gym. Still counts as exercise.
All in high doses, caffeine, Taurine, etc.
And then I come in the evening and immediately go to bed to sleep for the last 2-3 days
As soon as the working day ends at 5, I immediately turn into a “slug”
Just cook something like meat, pasta or something like that “Groundhog Day”
1 personal blender
2 Bananas (pre-biotic)
Protein powder
Creatine
Collagen
Raw Cacao
Greens powder
Superfoods blend
Strawberry Kefir (probiotic)
Then I throw in Dr David Sinclair’s anti-aging supplement list.
NAD
Resveratrol
Berberine
Vitamin D + K2
Omega 3s
Fisetin
Quercetin
I don’t take supplements for it (besides pre workout when I get to the gym and feel absolutely drained) because I don’t want to be dependent on them.
You need to make yourself do exercise as a priority.
For me, I can’t go home until I do my workout right after work.
Or I can’t sit on the couch until I finish meal prepping.
I can’t go on a walk untill I finish studying etc..
Those are all thing I incorporate in my daily life
Coffee…black! And a protein bar. That’s it until dinner.
nothing will help for laziness. you have to change your mentality. either you want to be healthy and have some joy in life or you find excuses and then complain that your liver and everything else hurts
life
Go to the gym in the morning.
I dont do anything special to stay active throughout the day. I just am and always have been.
I dont think there is really a trick or a short cut to easily becoming active again. I reckon ya just have to stay focused on your goals and develop the discipline and good habits that will allow ya to get there.
TUDCA and Milk Thistle for Liver, will make you feel better too. Pre workout is just coffee but supplement Magnesium, vitamin D, Zinc, B vitamins, Vitamin C and overall my energy levels are great
Use a stand up desk. Doesn’t have to be 100% of the time, but a couple of hours a day at least.
Always use the stairs, not elevators.
Always park the farthest on a parking lot.
Etc.
All of these things add up every day.
Gym, running, sports etc only account for 20-30% of the daily calories expenditure of people doing these activities. Most of the energy expenditure comes from good habits.
