[TOMT] [Movie] [1970s-1990s] Experimental short film with a lot of red, patriotic music, and a drag queen

Hello, I’ve been trying to figure out what movie this was and have not been able to for the life of me! If it helps, I watched it in a trans cinema class years ago. It was an experimental short film possibly from the 80s and it all seemed to be shot within the same space which had red curtains I believe. there was a drag queen or possibly trans woman and I believe she was the only person or one of maybe two people. She may have been singing at some point. I also think there were mannequins? It has no real plot so it has been impossible to google
