I don’t know what your finances are like, but offering to chip in for the therapy bills is always a nice gesture.
I don’t know how close you are geographically, but chocolate/ice cream/a little gift card to say “congrats on being brave and doing talk therapy for the first time!”?
If my sister had known about it, I would have wanted her to say I can talk to her any time. I would have wanted her to hang out with me more than we’re able. Sharing normal times with a safe person. I would have wanted her to offer/ jump in to help in some way if she saw me starting to spiral from it. I didn’t tell anyone for a long time. I only just told her recently.
