[TOMT] [PSA] mr bean knife violence psa?

hii!! um, soo, i remember seeing this psa in which this guy, who isnt the real mr bean of course, walks into a corner shop and attempts to buy a singular lollipop with pence or something, and then when hes a couple short, it cuts to people screaming as the corner shop owner’s head is decapitated and laying on the table.. horrid, i know, and i probably explained it poorly, but if said explanation somehow leads to the media getting found, im beyond happy.

i also remember the camera cutting to people growing increasingly impatient with pseudo-mr-bean’s pence antics, but im not too sure about this. i have tried looking literally everywhere for this, and i cannot find it, so im losing hope lol, but even if someone merely remembers seeing something like this, im happy, since i wanna know im not crazy ahah..
