[TOMT][SONG][2010-2014] A song about dancing sung by a black woman and a white woman

Hi, I’m looking for a song that I used to like when I was little, I think it’s about dancing. It was sung by a white woman with red hair and long nails (I think) and a black woman. Me and my mum both don’t remember how the song went at all, she just remembers the music video. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
