I’m experiencing some vision changes that have crept up gradually over the past year. I have my annual next week and I’m worried they will change my prescription (it’s been the same for 10 years) and/or suggest readers.
I usually buy contacts in bulk and keep a pair of old glasses in the car just in case.
Any tips for aging eyes? Should I buy contacts in smaller quantities or still buy for a year at a time? Are bifocals worth it? Do those readers from the dollar store really work? Anyone use those lenses for eye fatigue from looking at a computer all day? Does office lighting make a difference to anyone? Anyone getting those eye compress ads on instagram? (And would a warm towel do the same thing?) any other eye health tips?
