TIFU by using my bra as a pocket.

Today I learned a lesson from a bad habit 😂 I have a bad habit of using my bra as a pocket .. and what I mean by that is I usually tuck my phone in the top side of my bra just to hold it. I’m not sure where I picked that bad habit from but I did 😂 so anyway I sometimes place other things there just for a moment until my hands are free. Like If I don’t bring my purse or I have no place to put my phone I’ll just do that and I know it’s a bad habit but today might have finally broke me from it. I was working and went on my break so like normal I took my apron off hung it up and just grabbed my drink and headed outside to sit. I realized when I was outside that I left my hair net on and I loathe it and only wear it as long as necessary so I took it off and sat down. I didn’t have a place to put it so per usual .. I put it in my bra just folded up and I’m like it’s fine whatever. Then my break ends I go back in and put my apron on and forgot where I put my hair net so I grab another and continue like normal. I’m just working like normal and then I reach and grab a container from the shelf and when I brought my arm down it felt like my nipple was being ripped off and I couldn’t react because everyone was around so I just held it together and excused myself to the bathroom. I ripped off my apron started slowllllly checking what was happening in there .. I’d like to add I have my nipples pierced and I’m only sharing this because it’s relevant 😂 well the hairnet I took off earlier was wrapped around my piercing and nearly in tears I had to unravel it.. what I was doing was time sensitive so I couldn’t stay in there long and mess with it so I got one side untangled and had to leave the other side still very much tangled in it because the strings from the hairnet had wrapped around the ball and part where it screws in so I couldn’t take the ball off 😭 (now that I’m thinking of it WHY DIDN’T my dumbass unscrew the other side that was free and take it
off 😭) and I had to return to work like normal like I didn’t just nearly rip my nipple from my body. So lesson learned I will never keep another thing in my bra and it has broken my life long habit because that pain was unreal. 😭

TLDR: I had a hairnet in my bra and it nearly ripped my nipple off.
