Spicy Content vs Preexisting Employment Legal Protection

r/

I’m a licensed massage therapist in (Location: the state of Georgia) and I operate my own practice (as a solo practitioner). I’ve been heavily considering getting into creating spicy online content that may or may not include my face. Safety concerns aside: do you think that I risk my license and legal right to practice if it is more widely discovered that the spicy content is another financial endeavor I partake in making, even though I would always keep them firmly separate? Any other considerations you recommend I think about as well?

The state taking action against your license due to you creating “spicy content” would likely be a first amendment violation. That’s not to say the state couldn’t do it and make you fight them on it. But presumably the state would be on the wrong side of the first amendment.
