My grandpa had this, I am very sorry.
How quickly did this all happen?

Do you ever feel like you’re missing out on something?
If you don’t mind me asking, what happened to you that triggered the diagnosis of agoraphobia?
How long has it been since you were outside your house? Do you not even go out to your yard/patio/etc?
How has agoraphobia impacted your work and relationships?
What were the warning signs of it developing in hindsight?
Can you use VR to envision going places or would that provoke the phobia?
My dad struggled with agoraphobia for a number of years, I’m sorry it’s something that you’re having to go through as well, it really is a tough thing to experience.
Does it mainly result in you being able to go outside because you’re afraid of open spaces? Or do you also struggle with the idea of leaving your home on your own or of being in an enclosed space?
would you describe it as severe depression meets severe anxiety?
What’s the cure?
What are your symptoms if/ when you try to go out?
Do you come from an honest and loving family? Or do they back stab each other, compete, and gossip? Was your main caregiver(s) loving? Or did they often make you feel in bad ways? Like humiliating you, guilting, brain washing, exploiting, taking advantage, neglecting, or any such things? Did you have a predator in your family? Did anything stand out? Like did you get sick a lot, maybe have a lot of ear infections? Just super curious about this stuff
Hey what is it like to be schizophrenic im asking because i am one too and i would like to chat about it
Sounds like prison or psych ward would be a perfect match for you.
No question, but I’ve been there before and was extremely agoraphobic for a 6 month period. I recovered, and you can too.
