Work at wfm for 15 years in Tempe. It was good until Amazon bought them out.

I remember when Whole Foods employees were engaged and into the mission. They were knowledgeable and eager to answer questions from people new to the experience. Nowadays they don’t seem to interact with customers much, if at all, and from what I’ve observed, they mostly congregate together and avoid customer interaction. Have you experienced the same?
