“Can you find your balls?” It’s for when you are making excuses. I can’t wake up that early, I can’t go to work and then do that after, I don’t have a gym near me. Can you find your balls?
My Grandfather used to say “if you’re going to do something, do it right or don’t do it at all” I live my life and run my business with that in mind. Which is why I get so frustrated by cheaters and corner cutters. But apparently everyone wasn’t raised by my Granddad.
Another one of my favorites from him was “don’t beg people to take your money”
We live in a world where people, news agencies, and social media are spreading misinformation and bending the truth to suit their own narratives about the world.

My therapist told me “we choose the monster we feed” and after a few days i stopped living with regret on the things that happened in the past five years and chose to feed taking care of my self a little more selfishly. Putting time into making my mental health better. Taking my vitamin stack. Exercising. Pouring time into people who treat me well. Getting deeper into my hobbies. Its not perfect but its way better than focusing on shit that doesnt help.
