Wondering if my relationship (28 and 31m) is turning platonic

We’ve been together for a year but only official for 7 months. I don’t know if we are just becoming more comfortable around each other or if it’s my gut telling me this isn’t it. But I used to be crazy about us sleeping together and lately it’s dwindled down. To the point where he hints at us having sex and I kind of just ignore him because I’m not in the mood. I’ve also been stressed with life as well so that could be a contributing factor but I’ve been stressed before and never really felt like I wasn’t sexually attracted to my partner anymore…
He also still hasn’t said I love you so I’m wondering if we’re not even getting anywhere in this relationship and to be honest it’s pushing me away a bit. I’ve yet to even meet his friends and the relationship just feels very surface level and almost like it’s a convenience to him to have me around. And he also started farting around me lately which doesn’t exactly help to turn me on.
