[TOMT][MOVIE] movie about 2 women and one has bad road rage

I can’t remember the details very well but I’ll try my best:

Two separate story lines of two separate women. One may have been a working mom heading to work and the other may have had her child(ren) in the car with her.

One woman cuts the other off leading to insane road rage. Not sure if there was an accident at this point. There was an accident between them later I think.

End of the movie they end up in the same hospital, one of them lost one or both of her legs and the other one feels regret.

I saw this maybe around 2005-2010, I was a kid so it’s all foggy
