My nephews who just hit teenager yrs, have been through way too much. I’ll try to keep this short
My older brother slept with their mom ((we’ll call her may )) one time and ended up getting her pregnant (my first nephew) even though they weren’t dating she decided she was going to have the baby (they were both in there early 20s). My brother and my family were extremely excited.
So excited they didn’t realize what was happening right in front of them, once May realized she was going to get all these gifts and attention she was even more thrilled. My parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles were more than happy to buy everything (bed, clothes, dippers, wipes, toys, and anything you can think of) . She had jobs on and off and her side of the family tried to help as well.
After my first nephew was born she decided she wanted to start using again. TO THIS DAY my oldest nephew can tell me that he remembers his mom “sleeping” on the floor and him wondering why she wouldn’t wake up… my brother also has issues with drugs but at the time he was only smoking weed and trying to pay for diapers, food, wipes ect and trying to help his kid but she kept telling him no to seeing his kid. At this point to me it was clear she just wanted everyone to give her money or pay for all the baby stuff.

My bro: can I please see my son on his birthday
Her: .. “yeah you can see him .. if you give me something in return”
That’s how she got pregnant with my second nephew (yes i agree they should have used protection).
7 yrs go by from that point and during that time, I as a teenager spent everyday was scared that I was going to get a msg saying something happened to my nephews. I was 13 when my first nephew was born.

Like I said 7yrs. The boys were used every step of the way for her to get whatever she wanted. She also during the 7yrs had two more kids. The dad of those kids touched my nephews, we have had 3 different therapist confirm they were sexually assaulted.
At certain points I was able to convince my step mom and dad to let us babysit and take care of them and I’d also do whatever I could to get them during holidays (I was 13-17yrs old )
Now 7yrs -8yrs ago (from 2025) the kids and her were at a shelter we picked up my nephews and finally got to spend time with them. They went back but then we got a call they were being taken away from May because something happened (sorry I’m not sure why but probably drugs) . We found out and got the boys again and the other two children stayed with a different foster family.
May took off, she stole a vehicle and disappeared. Once she was spotted she led a car chase through a city and 2 small towns. It ended with her crashing the stolen vehicle at an intersection almost killing a woman and her kid. She was finally arrested.
For a little bit she was allowed to have supervised visits because she was going to fight for custody of all 4 kids. The visits didn’t always go well, she stole a DHS workers phone and she also put a semi permanent tattoo (looked like the head of the devil/demon) on my youngest nephew, my mom and grandma tried to get off but had a really hard time with it so idk if she used a sharpie at one point but that’s what it looked like.
I’d like to note – My brother gave up his rights and told us if we are serious about adopting them, that the only reason he would be upset is if we backed out. My brother gave up his rights when he realized he couldn’t prove them the life he wanted them to have. He was willing to let strangers adopt them if it met they would genuinely have a better life.
Me and my mom have been taking care of my nephews for about 8 yrs now and they have done a full 180 I’m so fucking proud of them 😭.

But yesterday I found her new facebook account and a few weeks before we thought we saw her walking into town (where my mom and boys live). She has no rights, but we don’t know what to do about her being in town. She posted pictures of her being in the towns that surround the town my mom and the boys live in…. I’m not a violent person but she allowed my boys to be hurt in every single way you can think of .. I could probably strangle her with my bare hands I’ve never had so much hate for someone in my entire life.
