Sometimes when I’m eating especially salty foods or foods that are seasoned heavily, I get one singular small bump that will swell on my lip. It might be specifically on an area of my lip that is cracked but I can’t really tell. Does this happen to anyone else and does this sound like a food allergy causing this?

I get this with random foods. I have a good amount of food allergies but I’ve never figured out what causes this random bump I feel like I have it with random foods that I know I’m not allergic to? Maybe it’s salty foods I’ll have to start paying closer attention
