I just have this belief that are you even a real person if you don’t rub some people the wrong way.
Like the person agreeing with all consensus is usually the most boring person.

dating is much more easy for women
Most “controversial opinions” on Reddit are normal opinions in Real Life
I’m an alt-moderate, as such I have very strong thoughts against the alt-left and the alt-right.
Let’s be honest. Any actually controversial opinion will be downvoted to hell. Like the unpopular opinions sub.
And to be clear I don’t even mean controversial in general, just on Reddit
There is no fuckin reason for children under the age of 10 to be in grocery stores, or a handful of other locations. Also for the “where else are they supposed to go” I don’t think people should be having children they can’t afford/weren’t prepared for.
Well… every planet in an habitable zone will try hard to create it’s intelligent life form and it can take them millions of years to achieve.
Ppl need to step away from politics more often or all together. Most are to dumb to farm their own opinions and just repeat talking points they hear but don’t understand
Most women don’t want buff muscular men who work out. A lot of you are looking more into what men like to see out of a man and not what women want to see out of man.
if someone is hotter than you, you’re cooler than him..
Most women are actually miserable with their life choices but are afraid to say it outloud or make changes. Because the herd will trample them to death if they do either.
Kids should be able to buy lottery tickets at 12yo, maybe younger.
I’m pro-choice but I don’t see much difference in principal between aborting a baby pre-birth and letting one starve to death post-birth. You either owe your offspring a healthy existence or you don’t, and everything else is just lies of convenience.
You do not have to fight about everything, but always be willing to fight for your everything.
Do not fall for the “turn the other cheek” bullshit. If someone fucks with you and yours, stand your ground, and hold it down.
Most controversial opinion? While I don’t think abortion should be illegal, I am still pro life.
I believe in integrity and accountability if you make poor choices suffering the consequences isn’t unreasonable or unfair. The vast majority of abortions are accountability dodges. You had sex and you lost, now you’re ending an innocent life because you don’t want to suffer the consequences of your poor decisions.
The number of young kids who are being given psychotropic medication is disturbing to me. I don’t deny neurodivergence is very real. I have Autism myself and my brother has severe Autism. And I don’t deny that meds do work for a lot of kids. But I definitely think that the attitude of our culture towards medicating kids is way too cavalier. I think that meds are considered a first resort instead of a last resort. I also worry that meds are being given out for developmentally appropriate behaviors especially among boys. And I wish more focus was given to the long term effects of them.
Men can’t get pregnant, trans women and men aren’t the same as men and women, and that it’s largely an attention seeking/power driven issue.
These people are giving bad light to legitimate gender dysphoria and those who are truly struggling mentally.
What has consistently bummed me out is that refusing to agree with/accept certain things they believe in is automatically viewed in a negative light or some sort of phobia.
They are human beings no less precious than the others, but I don’t understand how it’s gotten to this point.
Big boobs only count if the girl is thin.
I want the fertility rate of a country to be stated as say 2 children per man, not woman.
If it doesn’t contain meat, then it isn’t a hamburger.
Standing up for yourself has become illegal.
If someone gets their ass kicked for running their mouth, they should not be allowed to press charges.
FAQ
My hot take is that posts like this will usually contain popular takes that most people in this community or even at large agree with.
Circumcision is child abuse, after doing foreskin restoration this is super clear to me. It really feels like I was born to have foreskin, it just works and feels so much better. I really can’t see why so many people can’t question something that seems so obviously questionable.
Pineapple on pizza is actually quite good.
Redditors are typical policed americans or americanized fools and any remotely controversial opinion will get downvoted to hell for this reason
Education is biased against boys and this ruins the culture, marriage market, identity, and economy of the West.
Edit: And this is bad because the West is one of the greatest societies to ever exist despite having a history as dark as anyone else’s.
Social Media shouldn’t be huge. Interconnectivity has ruined life. Two billionaires are arguing online right now because their feelings are hurt. Keep that shit private.
Privacy should be a standard for everyone, not a request. For basic people going about their day, to celebrities. Everyone deserves privacy. Paparazzi invading peoples spaces for photos should be more frowned upon.
Candy shouldn’t be a thing. Why eat fruit flavored sugary junk when you can just eat fruit? Doesn’t make sense to me.
The American food pyramid is wrong.
Being an introvert shouldn’t automatically mean you’re weird. I just prefer to be alone with certain people I choose. Crowds and music annoy me.
The last time I expressed my most controversial opinions on reddit I was banned permanently.
People don’t deserve cell phones. And online censorship wouldn’t happen if the internet wasn’t so regularly used to abuse others.
