Sadness doesn’t always mean regret. I sit with the sadness, but I don’t question the decision. Just because it hurts doesn’t mean it was wrong.
I allow myself to feel sad. It’s normal to have emotions over difficult decisions, even when you know you made the right choice.
Feeling sad is natural and part of the human experience. It isn’t something to be avoided or dealt with but to simply experience. Allowing yourself to feel and sit in the discomfort of feeling will allow you to grow and better connect to yourself and to your humanity.
