It’s a hot summer day. You just mowed the grass and it’s time for a cold drink BUT you don’t drink alcohol and are trying to get the summer bod on. What cold drink are you reaching for that’s not acholic and not sugary fake crap?
What Are Y’all Drinking That’s Not Alcohol & Not Full Of Sugar & Crap. What Drinks Are Good & Healthy Other Than Good Ol’ H2O?

Iced tea.
Milk, specifically whole milk.
Unsweetened tea is p great
Orange vanilla mio/water
Occasionally a “slightly sweet” cup of iced tea
Sometimes a cup of coffee (I know, not cold)
98 times out of a 100 though it’s room temp water.
Diet tonic water has been my go to, it tastes like it should be alcoholic, but has no calories, it’s refreshing but it’s slightly too bitter to throw a whole can down in one go. Squeeze of lemon, over ice and in a tall glass is 😘🤌. It’s not healthy, but more importantly, it’s not NOT healthy..
Cold water is the goat and it’s not close.
But if I’m wanting to mix it up I’ll make myself a soda and bitters. Technically alcoholic but in such tiny quantities it doesn’t really count.
Either just plain water or sparkling water.
Unsweetened iced tea. Make it at home, even better.
Diet Sprite.
Water makes me really hungry for some reason, so it’s either cold brew coffee or Coke Zero (not sure if you were worried about sugar or fake sugar from your post)
Carbonated water with half a lime squeezed into it.
I drink like litres of this stuff a day, trying to cut back a bit as the acid isn’t great for the teeth, I’m hooked.
Fresh ground and brewed coffee poured over ice. Not much better.
Dark roast coffee and black tea. Little splash of half and half in the coffee. Nothing in the tea
Organic juice fruits with no added sugars
Zero sugar sodas, zero sugar monsters ( in moderation) , water with some sort of flavoring.
Not Beer is good! It’s carbonated water. Oath clear protein is pretty good.
I do like certain juices from Trader Joe’s but be careful, some of those can have alot of sugar.
Chocolate and strawberry milk are my absolute go to after a workout
I just infuse a pitcher of water with fruit, have tea, or juice some fruits &/or veggies.
If you juice kale + apple and add your protein powder it tastes like a desert. The apple neutralizes the kale’s earthy aspect.
If you did something physical in the heat then I would suggest a snack that replaces electrolytes; watermelon with a little salt is a great choice.
cans of flavored seltzer water. decaf coffee.
Easy, NA beer.
Water
Unsweetened ice tea is the play for a hot day. I like decaf earl grey, because I can have as much of it as I want. If I’m feeling crazy, I’ll throw in some aromatic bitters and take my tea “on the rocks”. Gives it a little of that bourbon bite without the buzz.
Seltzer
At the office it’s hot decaffeinated black tea. Outside its seltzer or club soda.
Tea, flavored seltzer, coffee w oat milk.
